At some point in your life, someone nudged you to get on a bike. Maybe you were two years old. Maybe it was last year.
Think about someone in your life who could benefit from doing something hard on two wheels. Someone who just needs a reason, a little encouragement, and someone to show up alongside them.
We'll cover the entries and the swag. You just have to do the nudging.
This year we're selecting one pair for each of our seven events. Seven nudges. Seven stories.

Nope, while we love the in person dynamic, there are so many ways to support from afar.

To tell the story, we will need you to answer 5 short prompts “selfie-style” on your phone, send us a few photos/videos from your rides/prep, and be available for 10 minutes before and after the event. That’s it.

Yes - feel free to mention your preferences in the “Anything else you’d like to share” box at the bottom of the form. Don’t select any events you wouldn’t be stoked to be selected for though!

We are looking for a dynamic where one person is nudging and supporting someone to do something that is out of their comfort zone for one reason or another. Within that, just about anything goes.

Applicants will be selected by May 16th. We will email everyone not selected by this date as well.
